Please note: When we say days, we always mean working days (ie. Mon to Fri and not weekends or holidays).
Whenever we take longer to dispatch than the days stated above, we’ve broken our dispatch pledge (unless it was the customer’s fault).
If we break our pledge, we make up for it with extra freebies. Basically, buying off customers with ‘sorry freebies’ is how we like to roll when we mess up.
And you won’t need to remind us either, as we know every parcel we’re late with – the computer likes to remind us.

Common issues and misunderstandings affecting dispatch (in order of most common)
- Important emails being missed by customers
- Us being extremely busy or understaffed due to illness / injury, etc
- Parcelforce Express 24 and Express AM at checkout does not mean same day dispatch for you to receive tomorrow – those are just their service names
