If all items in your order are in stock, we often dispatch on the same day your order is received. However, if we need to prepare new products, dispatch may take longer. During exceptionally busy periods, delays may occur, and we may not be able to process orders as quickly as usual.

1.2 Dispatch Timeframe

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days, but please allow up to 7 working days. Our working days are Monday to Thursday, excluding bank and public holidays. The dispatch timeframe begins when your payment is confirmed on our system, not when the order is placed.

1.3 Delivery Options

Choosing a faster delivery service, such as Parcelforce Express 24 or Express AM, does not affect our dispatch speed. These options determine the speed of delivery once the order leaves our premises, not how quickly we process it.

1.4 Dispatch Pledge

If we exceed the stated working days for dispatch, we consider this a breach of our dispatch pledge. In such cases, we compensate with freebies as a gesture of goodwill. Rest assured, we track every parcel and will proactively address any delays without requiring reminders from you.

If more than 7 working days have passed since your payment was confirmed and you are concerned about your order, please contact us using our contact form.

2. Common Issues and Misunderstandings

2.1 Missed Emails

Orders may be delayed if there are issues with payment or shipping address details. We will always contact you to resolve such matters, so please ensure you read all emails from us carefully.

2.2 Busy Periods or Staff Shortages

During peak times or due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, dispatch times may be longer than usual. We will notify you of any significant delays via our website’s homepage or top banner.

2.3 Delivery Service Names

Selecting services like “Parcelforce Express 24” or “Express AM” at checkout does not guarantee same-day dispatch. These names refer to the delivery speed after dispatch, not our processing time.
