How much do I use in PF Tek Substrate?

Use the volumetric 2:1:1 PF-Tek ratio of 2 parts vermiculite, 1 part brown rice flour, and 1 part water to create an effective substrate recipe. When following this using one of these 1kg bags of Brown Rice Flour, you will end up with approximately 3.75 litres of PF-Tek substrate.

Importantly, of course, it’s vital to sterilise the PF-Tek substrate in glass jars or suitable plastic containers before inoculation.
