Advice

Drilling a 10mm hole and squeezing through the 12mm rubber insert from this injection port will result in a perfect tight fit without using glue.
Injection ports cannot be re-used over and over but will generally withstand at least 6 puncture wounds with a thick gauged needle.
A thinner 21G needle will give you more life out of the port (around 12 punctures).
