Refunds and Returns
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. Conditions for Refunds
1.1 Eligibility
We will accept the return of goods and issue a full refund under the following circumstances:
- The goods have been demonstrably damaged prior to transit; or
- The goods received are clearly different from those ordered.
In such cases, the recipient must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
2. Return Process
2.1 Steps for Returning Goods
Goods shall not be returned unless the following conditions are met:
- The customer or recipient has notified us by using our contact form; and
- Cylocybe have explicitly accepted the return of the goods.
Once the return is approved, Cylocybe will cover the cost of transit using the method specified by us. Refunds will be processed and credited back to your account upon receipt of the returned goods.
3. Non-Refundable Items
3.1 Exceptions
Please note that the following items are non-refundable unless faulty:
- Personalised, bespoke, or made-to-order items;
- Items with broken seals.
