Replacements Policy

Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, we want to make it right. Please report the damage within 7 days of receiving your order by logging into your Cylocybe account and clicking the ‘Report Damage’ button next to the order. We’ll ask you to provide photos or video of the damage so we can quickly send you a replacement.
Please don’t throw anything away before taking photos or video as we will not replace without evidence. Please inspect your products for damage during transit before you use them, as we cannot replace products that have been used.

Contamination Before Use
We produce and handle our products under strict hygiene measures to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a contaminated product before you have used it, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it and provide video evidence. We may ask you to send the product back to us for inspection. If we agree that there is a contamination and it’s of no fault of the customer, we’ll promptly replace the affected product(s) free of charge.

Contamination of Spawn/Grow Kits After Use
Replacements will always be at our discretion.

Additional Terms
The replacement process must be initiated within one calendar month of the order dispatch.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.
