Right to Cancel

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER DISTANCE SELLING LEGISLATION

Under Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within a 14-day cooling-off period. This period begins on the day you receive the goods. Please note that this right does not apply to all products, as explained within our terms and conditions policy.

If you choose to cancel your order, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods as we do not cover return shipping costs. All goods must be returned within 14 calendar days of the cancellation date. Your refund will be processed once the returned items are received by us and as per our terms and conditions policy.
