Based on our highly successful Cylocybe Special MycoBox Grow Kit, we designed this mushroom grow kit for rapid growth and simplicity. In addition, this versatile system can cultivate almost any mushroom species you choose, including Shiitake, any Oyster mushroom variety and Lion’s Mane.

Enhanced or Regular Version

The Enhanced version includes 1500mL of Perlite to provide additional humidity for your mushrooms. However, if you prefer a more compact setup and don’t mind occasional misting, the regular version of the grow kit will suffice.

What’s Not Included

• You’ll need a 2.5ml gourmet mushroom spore or liquid culture syringe (inject 0.5ml per rubber port).

Additional Advice

The Cylocybe Special MycDrop Grow Kit typically colonises in:

• 4-5 weeks at ~20℃ (non-optimal conditions / room temperature)
• 2-3 weeks at 26℃ (optimal conditions / lab incubator)

Please note that cooler temperatures slow growth.

Inoculation Steps

1. First, clean the bag thoroughly using the included alcohol wipe.
2. Slide out the MycoBox to expose the injection ports.
3. Then, inject 0.5ml of a gourmet spore or liquid culture syringe into each port.
4. Dispose of the bag and place the MycoBox in a warm location until fully colonized.
5. Finally, follow the provided guide to harvest your mushrooms.
