This kit played a pivotal role in the expansion of our operations, which now include state-of-the-art Cleanrooms and advanced equipment. During the initial stages of the pandemic, it is estimated that thousands of kilograms of mushrooms were cultivated weekly across the UK using this very kit.

Enhanced or Regular Version

The Enhanced version includes 3000mL of Perlite to maintain optimal humidity levels for mushroom growth. It also upgrades the XL grow tent to a larger XXL grow tent, providing ample space for fruiting.

If you are comfortable with a slightly more compact setup and relying on the natural moisture of the substrate, the regular version will meet your needs.

What’s Not Included

• A 3ml gourmet mushroom spore or liquid culture syringe is required.

Additional Advice

Colonisation typically takes:

• 5-8 weeks at ~20℃ (non-optimal conditions / room temperature)
• 3-4 weeks at 26℃ (optimal conditions / lab incubator)

Please note that cooler temperatures will result in slower growth.

Inoculation Steps

1. Clean the bag thoroughly using the included alcohol wipe.
2. Slide out the MycoBox to expose the first two injection ports.
3. Inject 0.5ml-1ml of a gourmet spore or liquid culture syringe into each port.
4. Dispose of the bag and place the MycoBox in a warm location until fully colonised.
5. Follow the provided guide to harvest your mushrooms.
