How Much to Fill

Leave 5–7 cm head‑space above the substrate for shaking or mixing after colonisation.

Basic Use Steps

1. Load hydrated substrate or grain to the weight above.
2. Fold and impulse‑seal (or fold & clamp) the top.
3. Sterilise 90 min at 121 °C; let cool to room temperature.
4. Wipe the injection port with 70 % iso‑propyl alcohol and inject your liquid culture or grain slurry.
5. Shake or massage after 20–30 % colonisation for even growth.
