How to Sterilise Empty

  1. Screw lid tightly.
  2. Sterilise 25 minutes at 121 °C / 15 psi.

How to Sterilise

  1. Fill or partially fill vials with desired medium (leave ≥ 20 % head‑space).
  2. Screw lid loosely.
  3. Sterilise 20 minutes at 121 °C / 15 psi.
  4. Allow to cool to room temperature before screwing lid tightly.

  • 21G needles will work for around 8 injections before coring
